The proposal is to consolidate lots 18 and 20 and then to subdivide one lot into three lots with frontage on Charles Bancroft Hwy. In the Northern Commercial Zone.If the aforementioned application is accepted, notice is hereby extended to application approval consideration and/or continuation(s) to a date certain, as required.
