ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with NH RSA Section 675:7 that a public hearing will be conducted to consider proposed amendments to the Town of Litchfield’s Zoning Ordinance: 1. Amending Section 504.00 Home Occupations to provide clearer standards for all home occupations to distinguish between home occupations that require Planning Board approval and those that do not require Planning Board approval, and to provide specific standards for family and adult day care and firearms related home businesses and 2. Amending Section 1040.00, Demolition Review Ordinance, to make the ordinance applicable to buildings that are 60 years old or older rather than to buildings built prior to 1960.

You are invited to appear in person or be represented by an agent or counsel to provide input to the Planning Board regarding the proposed amendments.
