REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 
RECREATION FIELD MOWING & MAINTENANCE

Town of Litchfield Recreation Commission is soliciting separate proposals for mowing and field maintenance services for January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.  

There are two proposals being requested:

• Proposal 1 :  Athletic Field Mowing Objective
• Proposal 2:   Athletic Field Health Program Objective

You may bid on one or both proposals.  If you offer a discount if awarded both proposals please include that information in your cover letter.   The public opening of sealed proposals will be conducted at noon on October 18, 2019, at 2 Liberty Way, Litchfield, NH.  No bids can be accepted once the first sealed bid has been opened.

Proposals shall be delivered to Town Hall, 2 Liberty Way, Litchfield, NH  03052 in a sealed envelope marked “Recreation Commission Field Mowing Proposal”,  “Recreation Commission Field Maintenance Proposal” or “Recreation Commission Field Mowing & Maintenance Proposal” by noon on October 18, 2019 to ensure consideration.  A discussion and awarding of the bid will be done at a public meeting at 7:30pm on October 22, 2019. This meeting will be at 2 Liberty Way in Litchfield, NH.
