Over the next few week’s, the Town’s assessors, Avitar Associates will be conducting data verification of property records. This is part of the review cycle we are required by the state to do every five years. Some of you have already been visited over the past several years. This year’s area is largely the northern and central part of town. They will be driving white vehicles labelled with their company name and all of their staff will be wearing identification badges.
